A few words on this month's issue:
Normally in this newsletter we try to offer original articles of a positive
uplifting nature. This month's issue is a little different. November of
1996 has seen things accelerate rapidly. The Internet is ablaze with truly
remarkable information. This month's newsletter includes some of the breaking
information seen on the Internet. Because of all the information, this
newsletter is longer than usual. I apologize in advance to those who have
difficulty with lengthy e-mail. Also, I have made every effort to give
credit to the original authors when possible.
Much is happening at this time. Many things are coming together NOW. New information is coming forth on the Hale-Bopp comet, discovery of life on Mars, mass landings, timing and theories on the Apollo space missions, ascension and evacuation, stargates, and more. LIGHTWORKERS AND ASCENSION
This is the Galactic Confederation. We are here to announce the opening of a new dimensional portal which will take place on November eleventh this year. (11-11-96) Planet Earth is approaching initial phase of its mutation into a body of light. In winter 1995/96 it began to change its position from the old into the new leyline grid system. By November this year new grid system will be totally established and so this planet will be ready for the beginning of its mutation into the fifth dimension. A minimal critical mass of 144,000 Lightworkers are needed worldwide to anchor this sacred event. You can help seal the new planetary grid system and activating the planetary light body on that day by gathering on sacred spots throughout the planet.
The following meditation is suggested: Visualize a white point of light in the middle of your chest. This point of light is a dimensional doorway to the fifth dimension. Enter this point of light and visualize yourself Ascending through the tunnel of light. On the other side of the tunnel visualize yourself merging with your soul families, angels and Ascended masters, becoming One with them. As a result of this planetary activation following things will be achieved: Galactic light code 11:11:83 will be anchored. This light code will align etheric planetary axis and grid system with the Galactic central sun. Thus planet Earth will begin its Ascension into fifth dimensional Oneness. New planetary grid system will be sealed. Thus its vibration will be high enough to accept the heightened energies of the photon belt, which will arrive immediately after this planetary activation. the photon belt will begin to mutate planet Earth into its light body. With this planetary activation, missions of between 1000 and 2000 Lightworkers will be completed. They will be free to Ascend in the first wave of Ascension, which will occur at the arrival of the photon belt.

SHELDON NIDLE - MASS LANDINGS PREDICTED
Editor's Note: Sheldon Nidle catapulted himself into the limelight two years ago when he and Virgina Essene wrote the book "You Are Becoming A Galactic Human." His contact with the Sirians has been well-publicized and unprecedented. In the book he states that our solar system will enter a photon belt of light between March 1995 and December 1996.
Now that we are nearing the end of the window of time from which he indicated the photon belt would arrive, Nidle has now reasserted his convictions. Many times in the past, people have stood up and predicted UFO landings. History has not been kind to those who have gone before. However, as we understand it, Sheldon is offering his understanding and interpretation of upcoming events with all seriousness and sincerity. Mass Landings Information
Excerpts from Sheldon Nidle Lecture Series #6
The mass landings are now set to occur during a thirty eight day window that will last from November 10, till December 17, 1996 (8 Cauca, 7 Xul, 5 Eb till 6 Cib, 4 Mol, 5 Eb)
The time frame became possible when the US military finally agreed to honor the Federation edicts on 10/26/96. (8 Cimi, 14 Tzec, 5 Eb)
Ships in the landing fleet will take landing orders from the Sirian command ship. The order to start the landings will come from the Archangel in charge - Lord Zandriel. When the initial calming music is played, there will be a simultaneous display of crossed shooting stars in the heavens (where it is dark enough to see it). Additionally one's Guardian Angels will appear in your minds to reassure you of what is about to happen.
Lightworkers will be asked to aid the personnel establishing the new Governing Council in the first week. Lord Zandriel will appoint a special committee of Lightworkers that will be given full consciousness and be used as official liaisons between the Governing Council and Earth's human population.
All Lightworks will be specially trained to work with counselors, technicians, and scientists in creating your new galactic society.
The technicians, counselors, and scientists from our fleets will prepare your planet and its population for the photon belt's arrival. The photon belt will arrive on Dec. 31, 1996 (7 Oc, 18 Mol, 5 Eb) as scheduled.
The impact of the belt will also be lessened by the fact that all Earth humans will move into full consciousness in the first 9 minutes after exposure to the initial bright light of the belt.
Hale-Bopp is not a comet but a large space ship that is carrying some 10,000 non human ambassadors and/or colonists.
It represents the final element in a special treaty that ended the great galactic wars. Its arrival is May 5, 1997 (2 Men, 3 Muan, 5 Eb).
The colony will be established in the area near the present Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia and just south of Ayers Rock. The colonist will not be a part of the our Governing Council, but only quite interested observers.
We are in the midst of a great change in the paradigm that now interprets our reality. Our solar system and this planet are about to receive a great and most needed Divine intervention that will take us into a golden age.

Role of the Lightworker:
The landings will happen very quickly. 15.5 million ships descending and landing will be a spectacular sight, especially when it occurs in about 4 hours. Immediately following the initial landings in your area, all the Federation Counselors will contact those they will be working with. Everyone is assigned a counselor, and everyone will be told to prepare for shift to full-consciousness.
Many people could still fall into denial and become hysterical, but for the most part, people will know that a profound event is unfolding and will just wait and see what develops.

JESUS: 1) Yes, first of all, there will be activity in the Middle East that will alarm the world. This will be televised and broadcast over your radios and TV. It will be specifically in Israel. 2) There will be 3 days of dark skies. 3) I tell you now, that those who are not familiar with knowing the light, will not be ready to know or understand the second. Which is immediate DNA transformation to all those who are of the light.
CHRISTAH: Can you give me a date or month? JESUS: Dates and times change. This information I give you IS. Know what these signs are and the time will matter not. CHRISTAH: Can you give me the year? ASHTAR: Greetings Cristah! You are to put all readers on notice that all light workers ready themselves to play their parts. All preparation must continue and those that have access to sharing such information should be readied. I know there has been much concern about the openings of the Stargates and continuity amongst those involved. Let me assure you that the numbers of light workers to hold true in helping have far outnumbered our expectations. We see the world of earthly beings as a light bulb that is getting brighter and brighter. To add a little humor, you are at about a 60 watt bulb now. Very shortly, with the help of your technology and those of spiritual insight, we hope to see the bulb glow much brighter. All can continue to have faith in the truth and those that are working with us on this side to establish strong foundations to move forward.
C: What else can we do? What needs to be done? A: Those of you who can, must continue to share your knowledge with all who will listen and be ready to explore new areas of intelligence. These ideas that are being formulated now within your minds, will help to change the path of seekers. The ley lines that exist are being used to connect to beings all over the planet. This is not an immediate process, it is slow and can be accelerated by love, understanding and the knowledge of truth in which you share the very existence of God.
C: Can you tell me anything about the photon belt? A: The activation and completion of the Photon belt has been accomplished. This means that the energy is in place and ready. This was the October surprise. C: Now that it is ready....what can we do? You can continue to share love, with all that is. Love sends the strongest energy vibrations there is. It is what is helping to keep the Photon Belt active and secure.
C: Can you share anything else with us? A: There are those who would like to see this mission fail. I tell you that this will not happen. And, those who do not believe, will be left in the 3rd dimension. This is not any sort of punishment. It is simply universal law. Those that can't understand the concept of love in the way that the universe is held together by it, will need to learn this before joining those who are ready at this time. There is meant to be no fear in this statement, it is simply truth. They will be able to achieve this element of 'ascension' when each one is ready. But, for now, those that are not of the light must stay and learn here in the 3rd dimension.
C: If the earth is also moving into the 4 dimension, what will happen to those you speak of? A: As the earth transcends, so will its inhabitants. Those of you who ascend may go into higher dimensions. That will be handled on an individual basis.
C: Ashtar, what about the New Jerusalem? A: This already exists and is where those of you who ascend will go. This is not the only dimension and although most will remain there for quite awhile, others will move on. The universe is so vast, it cannot be explained in simple words that you will understand now. This will all come.
C: If there was one source that you would recommend that seekers would use - what would it be? A: For those seeking Ascension, they should be familiar with the merkaba. There are many sources available and all are helpful. This is not to say that this is the only way. All that is known about Ascension, will be helpful. Information and truth (through meditation) creates a solid foundation toward ascension. Without information and truth, you stay grounded. You must inform yourself to be lifted. CRISTAH: May these words be written with truth, love and accuracy......Ashtar, The mass landing that you referred to that would happen in 6 months is fast approaching. Is this still the target date? and what do we need to do to prepare for this and what can we expect? ASHTAR: This target date is still accurate. Those of you who are prepared for this activity by living a life of love and fellowship, will need to do no more. You will be in a state of mind to welcome your planetary brothers and sisters in love. You will not be taken up into their ships and transported. This initial visit is to publicly inform the world of the existence of these beings and prove that they come in peace and mean no harm. It will be the first contact that will be allowed to be made public and therefore, the world will begin to understand the Universal concept that has been silent for too long. There will still be those skeptics that will conjure up bigger stories as to how this is happening. But, I assure you that the presence of our ships and beings will be overwhelming proof that this is real. There is no need to prepare for this happening, it is enough to know that it will happen. Each government will prepare a statement in order to soothe the people who are uninformed and experiencing their own fear. Those of you light workers, can also be of assistance to calm those you know and help them to realize there is nothing to fear. This initial visit will be brief and momentous. This will be a culmination of many eons of preparation.
C: Will there be any negative side to this event? A: Only to those who are not informed or are ill informed. They will have to adjust their former way of thinking about this subject. New ideas and new expectations will be formed and along with this new phenomena of knowledge, will come the lifting of the consciousness of many. They will be allowed to connect and filter information to the masses concerning the Unity of All and the importance of finding LOVE within all.
C: There is a question about Sheldon Nidle's book. Is what he writes in -You Are Becoming A Galactic Human - all true? A: Sheldon's book is most accurate. He was given this information and other than some structural sentence changes, the answer is that it is true.
C: Are the stargate openings effective? How does their existence assist you? A: The stargate openings assists us in a few ways. They provide and opening for us to travel through with ease. These will become the DOOR ways for our arrival on earth. To explain some of the more technical aspects of this would be too cumbersome at this time. Suffice it to say that these openings between the galactic worlds, are a source of energy, light , love and strength . These fields will allow compatible penetration into earth's energy field of light. This was damaged some eons ago and many light beings have been working on preparing this for a very long time. So, it is a great blessing that this was achieved and successfully. With this in place, our forward movement into Unity will begin.
C: Ashtar, can you enlighten us about the 11-11-96 event coming up? A: This event will be an opportunity for those that are ready to Ascend to the next dimension. There are many of you who are experiencing greater abilities of the mind. I speak of forms of telepathy, channeling, and various abilities to transform the mind into being actively involved with learning how to exist in higher dimensions. Each time there is a convergence of energies, those of you who are preparing will be taken to a higher plateau. This will be a day of mediation and prayer.
When you remember that you are all one with the source, you will remember that you experience some of the lift of consciousness along with all others. This gift comes to each when you are ready. Our Divine Creator has given each of you all his gifts. When you are aware of them and know truth you will see that they will be available. My children, you are living in God's light and love. You just must know it. I send each of you special blessings on this day - for all will see the Divine Light of Love shortly.
C: Ashtar - do you have any other message that you would like to give to your readers at this time? A: Cristah, please write that they should be working on strengthening their focus of love. Many fall in and out of this element of thought. When they are in a state of love, no fear can penetrate and Divine Light may enter. It is this light that will become brighter when this new door of the millennium is opened. This message has always been simple. And, so it is. HALE-BOPP COMET:
CRISTAH: About the Hale-Bopp comet that is coming April, 1997, how is the comet going to effect the human race? Is it going to hit or land on earth? ASHTAR: The comet written here is on its way to earth. As we see things right now, it will be arriving in the earth's atmosphere during this time. Its substance will create damage in some areas - its gases will produce toxic air pollution to a degree, as we see it now, it will effect many people. As with all that happens in the universe, it is subject to change. Energies from the vibrations of love can alter any cosmic plan.
C: Is it intelligently directed? A: Its intelligence comes from its energy source. It has been on this route for many eons of light years. Its function is not intended to hurt earth but earth is in its path. The work we are doing on this side will help alter the concentrated force of its impact on earth.
C: Is it full of aliens? A: No. This comet source is its own energy. You can liken it to an energy that has gone wild in the cosmos.
C: Is it helpful or harmful for humans? A: This energy will cause some to perish, if there is a direct hit on earth. It is very powerful. We on this side are working to deter it from this path. Its course will be known more directly within a few months of your earth time.
ABDUCTIONS, IMPLANTS:
CRISTAH: Ashtar: Can you explain the purpose of our humans being abducted, implants, and anything about a possible 'contract' humans may have made concerning this? ASHTAR: What has been written in most cases is true. Abductions are and have been taken place on earth. On this side we also respect the choices of our brothers from different planets. This situation with the abductions cannot be judged anymore than we can judge you. The situation with other species of beings is similar to that of the earthlings. There are some of a higher mentality and those of the lower. Right now they are stuck in their own way of thinking. It began as a salvation for them and once it began it was unstoppable. The federation recognized the need to allow the original intent, for this was to be orchestrated within boundaries. Those (humans) that had originally agreed to this project would participate. What was not considered is the human mind of recall. (the inability) This created a situation of fear - which the Federation was not in favor of.
This also created a separation of the groups of cosmic beings involved with finding a way to their Source. I understand that many of you do not realize that other groups of beings in the Universe are working on the same issues that you earthlings are. That is the Universal Mission to create the Unification of Oneness in all that is. Their entire being is unlike that of humans. And, at this time, they are able to see the advantages of being human. The abilities of earthlings to achieve mastering this mission is far greater than that of theirs. This is why it is a blessing for those of you here now and why the other beings want to be more like you in the respect that they will be able to create a permanent Ascension of oneness and complete the process. This is the goal of all intelligent life.
The beings that are doing the abductions are doing what they feel necessary to achieve that level of Ascension as earthlings will be able to do. With this type of being, it is their survival. This is also why earth is being watched so closely from the other dimensions. Everyone in the cosmos is benefiting from this exercise in humanity. Some of those that have been abducted understand what and why they were involved. Others have chosen at this time not to remember. But, they will in a very short time, and will come to understand this clearly. Yes, implants are tracking devices, and this was necessary to do because of the awakening state of the human mind. It was the only way for these beings to work with those who agreed after their physical birth..
CROP CIRCLES:
CRISTAH: Ashtar: Can you tell us why the crop circles are being made throughout the world? And, who is making them? ASHTAR: The circles are a form of communication. Currently they are being placed as signals for other beings from the Universe. The not-so-future- intent, is for those who vibrate at other dimensions. The symbols are messages for all who understand. Earth has the best fertile area to communicate from a distance to those beings interested in the earths outcome. The beings that are creating the circles are from SIRIUS. Humans should not have any fear connected with these. Actually, they were created more as a gift than something to bring fear. Also, it was their way of saying we are here and with you during this time of change. Similar messages were left at different times throughout the history of life on earth. ALIEN BEINGS:
C: When will these beings become visible to all of us? And, will the U.S. government agree to allowing spaceships and beings land here on earth for all to see openly? A: This will happen within 6 months. Yes, the U.S. government recognizes the seriousness of those of the past and is working on making things right. The culmination of many projects and concerns will be happening this year in 1996-97. The time is now and they realize that time has been wasted. Your technology is in place for this event and before this happened it would not have been possible. All events will begin unfolding - it is part of the Universal Master Plan. As you are aware, many lightworkers are needed to keep the focus on Love and Divine Light for this master plan to work for the good of the Universal Consciousness. Editor's Note Background: The Hale-Bopp comet has been attracting a lot of attention recently, for different reasons. One reason is that a Saturn-like large object seems to be traveling with or behind the comet. Although it is unclear exactly the nature of this object, theories are now being developed.
On November 14, 1996, the late night talk show host Art Bell hosted Courtney Brown as his guest. Courtney Brown conducts professional "remote viewing" experiments. Remote viewing involves concentrating on a specific thing, viewing it remotely, and then having the ability to understand the true nature of what is being viewed. Remote viewing can be done by many people, unaware of each other, "double-blind", etc. Courtney Brown's group of three professional remote viewers developed the following description of the Hale-Bopp comet and the object with it.
The following was compiled by Kent Steadman, who recorded this information while listening to the radio show.
THE HALE BOPP COMET
A. Moving toward earth a celestial object four times the size of earth tracking right behind comet Hale Bopp; a ringed sphere, self-emitting light source, surface uniformly smooth and luminescent All of the pixels are identical in brightness.
B. This object and event are verified by legitimate astronomers worldwide, but I thought to include remote viewing interpretations below:
C. Courtney Brown's remote viewers have made the following statements.
1. The approaching celestial object is built from borrowed technology,
including human-assisted perhaps dating back to Atlantis.
2. Not a weapon.
3. Constructed with materials not currently known.
4. Composite of technological
and organic materials within a matrix of thought.
5. Object recently appeared
from subspace: has been MOVED into position within the last 24 hours.
6.It is under artificial control and will interact with human DNA.
7. The
object is acting to awaken us, but is being misunderstood by our world
leaders. The decoding process must be made within the notion of sub-space
reality and universal thought form.
8. Keywords: consciousness, enlightenment.
9. Government began removing Hale Bopp photographs last May.
10. The object
is sentient, self-aware.
11. It is sending us a message but decoding processes
are not going smoothly by government intelligence sources.
12. Target object
is involved with awakening and unfolding. Object has telepathic, recording
and transpirational elements within it.
13. The subspace elements are not
being understood.
14. Sub-space grid is the unlocking key.

16. Object was a joint project
of many groups of beings, greys, humans Andomedans.

in technology because they possessed it. Purpose is galactic evolution.
Humans living now have retarded the project, but the fulcrum of space-time

Things are accelerating. Time is shifting. Also, as you have seen, some of the previous information contradicts itself. So how do you decide what is right and what is wrong?
The answer comes in a word: discernment. The Internet is a wonderful place in that the instant flow of information allows people worldwide to collectively know and understand various information. But with that power and speed and volume of information comes the responsibility of deciding what is true, and what to incorporate into your reality. If it is true that you create your own reality, then let us create a reality filled with truth, joy, wonder, discovery, and knowing.
One of the best way to decide what is right is through your feelings. How do you FEEL about this kind of information - afraid, happy, skeptical, amused, assured, confirmed, knowing, going home?
